I look to you as the authority on your experiences while fervently holding space and helping you to unfold the parts of you that have lived in survival mode and constriction, burdened by unprocessed trauma and outdated stories. As we meet your wounds with tenderness and curiosity, I will support you to unlearn what no longer aligns with you and expand to embody your fullness.

My approach is rooted in Somatic and healing-oriented models of therapy including AEDP, EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory and Affective Neuroscience (learn more about these modalities here).
